Jasmine is the Vice President of SH Management. For over 20 years, Jasmine has been directly involved in the property management industry. She conducts new property due diligence, implements policy and procedures, prepares operating budgets, negotiates contracts, and oversees all departments in SH Management. Jasmine is a seasoned professional with a proven ability to exceed industry standards. She brings over 20 years of experience in property management, including supervision of more than 5000 units (ex., conventional, tax credit, section 8, and project-based voucher). During the course of her career, she closely supervised rehab and new construction lease-ups. She is engaged in asset management, overseeing multiple states.

Corporate Controller & Director of Human Resources

Allison leads our accounting team of SH Management with over six years of property management experience both residential and commerical. Having led over thirty communities at any given time, Allison has the knowledge to provide accurate and timely financial information not only to ownership but, audit firms, local housing authorities and lenders. Allison graduated from Northwood University with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Accounting in 2019 and is continually adding to her wealth of financial knowledge.

Colletta has worked in the affordable housing industry since 2007. During this time, she has worked in key roles in tax credit acquisition rehabs, property operations, diversity and inclusion, and senior leadership. She holds affordable housing certifications with NCHM as a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist, NABH as a Housing Credit Certified Professional, NAHMA as a Specialist in Housing Credit Management, Compliance Solutions as a Housing Compliance Manager-HCM-H Designation, and Spectrum as a C5P Tax Credit Certification. She graduated from Jackson State University and Belhaven College in her birth state of Mississippi.

Senior Regional Property Manager

Irma Alibasic has joined SHM as a regional property manager in 2021. She has over 15 years of experience in property management ranging from Tax Credit, Section 8, HUD Co-ops, Elderly, Mixed Finance and Conventional communities. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and value to clients by using the extensive market knowledge and innovative strategies. She collaborates closely with a vice president and owners to develop each community’s overall business plan and performance goals. Currently, she oversees the Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin portion of the portfolio.

Laura Morton is currently a Property Accountant at SH Management.  A graduate of Davenport University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Laura has been in the accounting field for over 15 years and came on board as a Property Accountant at SH Management in February 2024, looking to make a positive impact on the company.

Christine has worked in the affordable housing industry since 2020 and proudly join SH Management in September 2024. As the Compliance Specialist, she is responsible for working closely with the Director of Compliance to oversee and ensure compliance associated with the PBRA Section 8 and Tax Credit programs. Prior to SH Management, she was an Asset Manager and Affordable Housing Analyst conducting Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR) associated with the HUD’s Project-Based Contract Administration contract for Michigan and Pennsylvania. Christine graduated from Michigan State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Political Science, with an additional major in Criminal Justice.

Ingrid Sanchez Velasquez serves as the Senior Regional Property Manager, overseeing multiple affordable housing communities across North Carolina. With over 15 years of experience in property management, Ingrid has built a strong track record in HUD, and LIHTC, , operational excellence, and team leadership.

 In her regional role, Ingrid provides strategic oversight of property operations, budgets, and maintenance performance while ensuring full regulatory compliance and exceptional resident service. Her leadership style focuses on developing high-performing teams, strengthening financial results, and fostering a culture of accountability and respect.

Ingrid is deeply committed to creating thriving, well-maintained communities and supporting the professional growth of her staff. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and engaging in community-focused initiatives.

With a strong background spanning roles from leasing agent to assistant property manager, Alexis offers a comprehensive understanding of operations and compliance within the industry. She is dedicated to maintaining resident satisfaction while continuously expanding her knowledge to contribute to SHM’s growth and success. In her current role, Alexis works closely with the Senior Regional Facilities Manager and corporate leadership to conduct physical condition inspections and ensure thorough preparation for NSPIRE compliance.

Since joining SH Management in early 2022, Theresa has grown rapidly within the company, progressing from Leasing Agent to Property Manager in less than a year. In the summer of 2025, she was promoted to Administrative Support Specialist on the corporate team, where she now plays a key role in HR operations and recruitment across SH Management’s portfolio spanning the central to east coast regions. Drawing on her hands-on property management experience, Theresa helps ensure that each community is supported by dedicated, skilled team members and that the company’s values are reflected at every level of the organization.

.Maria excitedly joined SH Management in 2025 as a Compliance Specialist. She brings 4 years of experience interpreting law, enforcing compliance and has a passion for applying law to business and ensuring ethical practices. Previous to working with SH Management, Maria worked at the Secretary of State in Michigan as a Department of State Aide and a HUD Contract Administrator company in Michigan and Hawaii as a Compliance Specialist. Maria provides the unique background of graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Kendall College of Art and Design and uses her degree in illustration to find creative solutions and focus on minute details when needed.
